JACK HENRY is looking for an innovative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly creative digital creative with a passion for people and brand building. Along with managing social media for Jack Henry you will also concept and build social for our female brand (georgie) launching this summer. As Social Media Manager, you will be part of the marketing team, handling day-to-day management of our social channels, building strategic plans for digital growth, and being the main point of contact for social partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in digital strategy, brand marketing, loves all things social, has a relentless curiosity, and is obsessed with understanding our customers. They know that social is an art and a science and understand customer journey's.
The ideal candidate is on the pulse of viral and trending content across all social platforms (TikTok, IG, FB, Twitter, Snap, OnlyFans).
With a focus on IG and building TikTok from the ground up, you'll create calendars, curate content, caption, and posts to continuously grow and improve the user experience for audiences across both brands.

You will play the lead role in voice, social media and influencer positioning. This role will grow with the company and can lead to a Marketing Manager/CMO Role.

Developing and executing organic social media strategy to align with 360º marketing campaigns and actively addresses storytelling while driving growth
Managing daily posting schedule and content
Proofing and posting social media copy tailored to each social channel
Maintaining organized management of brands’ media
Sourcing visual content that reflects the spirit and vision of Jack Henry + georgie (UGC, photo, video, gifs)
Gathering supplemental social media material from press, relevant and reputable online publications and from members of Jack Henry team
Working with creative to create monthly social calendar & plan content aligned to marketing calendar
Reviewing with and receiving approval from all key internal parties for posts, IG stories, partnerships, contests
Storyboarding and planning IG stories and IG Lives with creative team
Engaging with and building social community
Managing all community engagement and communication across all social platforms within 24 hours / 7 days a week.
Proactively commenting and engaging with posts on other like-minded brand accounts to gain new followers
Partnering with marketing and creative to conceptualize content necessary to support differentiated platform strategies and growth initiatives
Developing partnerships with creators, brands, and other brands to spread our brand message and consistently generate fresh content campaigns
Utilizing social media as a revenue-generating channel, when possible optimizing content and posts to drive conversions on jackhenry.co
Providing monthly social performance reporting. Using data and insights, along with research and competitor data, to inform strategy and content development.
Execute the brand strategy across all social media platforms and influencer marketing segments to achieve revenue and growth targets
Work in collaboration with management and the marketing/creative department to interpret brand needs to create digital marketing assets and plan for product launches, program launches and projects while executing on-time and accurately
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS –
Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTik a must. Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube a plus.
Working knowledge of Dash Hudson or Fohr, Google Analytics and UTM tagging.
Quick responder: Always-on social media channels and email
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable items
2+ years brand marketing experience (3-5 years preferred)
2 + years social media experience (3-5 years preferred)
Self-managed and able to think independently
Proven ability to grow social engagement
A creative and visual thinker with strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of the wellness/beauty space
Past experience with social strategy
Understands the Jack Henry brand and can express it authentically
Extremely organized with keen attention to detail and copyediting
Commitment to a holistic lifestyle + wellness
Graphic design skills to optimize curated social content and create engaging posts that audiences want to engage with
Highly analytical and able to extract and present social engagement, revenue, and conversion data to the team weekly
Very technically proficient - can use Asana, Google Suite, Social Media scheduling and tracking software
Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing
Strong communicator and receptive to feedback and direction.
