Good scent but bad customer service

I enjoy the scent of frequency. Doesn't last as long as some other scents that I have but still an overall good scent. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a defective spray nozzle that barely sprays anything. I contacted support about this issue but they stated just to try harder. So that was a bit disappointing. I think they just need to improve the overall design and not ship the cheapest spray nozzle they can source.
