booking policy

please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to ensure you recieve your full service. let us know if you are running late so we can try to accommodate you. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

cancellation policy

we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% service cancellation fee. missed appointments will be charged in full.
