ORDERS & RETURNS

We aim to ship all orders within24–48 hoursof being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines may vary during peak periods or promotions.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

If you need to make changes to your order, please email hello@jackhenry.co as soon as possible. Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, and while we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests prior to shipment.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $60(before taxes and discounts). For orders under $60, we offer a flat rate of $5.95.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

International shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout and vary by destination.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, please email hello@jackhenry.co. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly through jackhenry.co. Products purchased through Jack Henry Studios or third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@jackhenry.co within2 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

At this time, online purchases cannot be returned at Jack Henry Studios locations.

PRODUCT

No. Jack Henry products or raw ingredients are never tested on animals and are cruelty-free certified through the Leaping Bunny Program.

Yes. All products have an expected shelf life of 12–24 months when stored properly. Shelf showing is indicated by the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the back of each product.

Our products are formulated to be used by everyone, including individuals with sensitive skin. We prioritize high-quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary harsh additives whenever possible.

However, individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application and reviewing ingredient lists carefully—especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies, including to essential oils. Jack Henry is not responsible for individual reactions to product ingredients.

We recommend storing all Jack Henry products at room temperature, generally between 60–80°F, and away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribe & Save offers 15% off each recurring order with automatic deliveries on your selected schedule. Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two full order cycles. This ensures the program remains fair and sustainable for all customers.

After the second delivery, you may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Subscription discounts are not retroactive or transferable.

To manage an active subscription, log into your account by clicking the human-shaped icon in the top right corner of our website. From there, you can adjust delivery frequency, products, and account details.

Subscriptions may be canceled after the two-order minimum commitment has been fulfilled. Cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for an upcoming order.

Yes. After the initial commitment period, you may pause or skip future deliveries at any time through your account.
