Jack Henry is looking for a Wellness Concierge Associate to deliver an immersive experience at Jack Henry Studios in Costa Mesa. As the Wellness Concierge you are the first person the guest see when they enter our space, You need to be an expert in customer service and hospitality. You will assist the team with daily tasks to keep our facility and studios operating smoothly and efficiently.  To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage guests and multiple tasks with grace, even during peak demand.

Ultimately, you will help strengthen our brand by building friendly, trusting relationships with our community.

This is a full-time hourly position + product sale commission. 40 hours per week. Come join a growing team and shape the future of self-care and wellness.

The Role – 

Greet guests when they arrive

Provide high level of customer service and hospitality

Consult guests on routines, products and services

Deep understanding of clean ingredients and their purpose

Recommend products based on guests needs

Support specialists and ensure that services run smoothly front and back of house 

Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative

Social media and content creation a huge plus!

Assist other team members in various projects and events 

You –

Experience in hospitality, salon, spa, or retail space 

Have a pulse on the industry and what is trending
