A few months ago, I placed an order that I never received. After waiting longer than usual, I reached out to Jack Henry to ask what happened. The customer service rep responded quickly and kindly, letting me know the package had been delivered and even provided the tracking number. I was confused and replied that I hadn’t received anything and asked if I should just re-order.

What happened next genuinely surprised me: because I’ve been such a loyal customer, they immediately offered to resend my entire original order for free. No hassle. No pushback. Just excellent customer care.

Advertised as an agent for volume, I find quite the opposite - it flattens more than fluffs, its staying power is not all that great and the “citrus and sea salt” fragrance is non existent. I’m sure it’s great for lustrous hair, but my hair is thinning and this is not the product it promised to be.

I can’t notice any positive impact. Seems like it’s just water. It’s definitely the worst of all the salt sprays I’ve used. If you have finer hair I’d definitely skip this one.
