I ordered a hair putty and hair paste because I was unsure what to get and see what I liked better. I’ve had the putty before but wanted to try the paste but I was not happy with it. I contacted customer service but they said they are not able to accept returns at the moment. Wish they had better customer service and honor returns on products that didn’t work for customers, especially how expensive it is.

I've tried just about every hair product on the market in the last couple years and this one's a keeper. The Paste product is just the right combo of hold and weight. This would be a 5-star if but one thing; the smell. It's a very odd smelling product.

Great medium hold. This is also great to put in your hair after blow drying when I want a straight look without any frizzy waves popping up later in the day without flattening my hairstyle.
Product is 5 stars but previous order had an issue with consistency due to the cold weather, fortunately customer service is great and got a new one dispatched.

Jack Henry Hair Paste is perfect for my short fine hair! It thickens as it holds hair in place. Not stiff! Not sticky! Great subtle smell! I use it everyday!! Fabulous product!! Nothing else like it, and I’ve tried many.

At first when I put it on my fingers it felt weird compared to my old paste but right when I put it in my hair the texture and flowing hold of the product felt great and now gives me all day hold without being shiny.
