Love the concept of four clean ingredients, as I have been addressing scalp inflammation caused by other styling products. However, the hair clay formula is just too heavy for my fine hair. Can’t get any lift or all day hold without a ton of hairspray. There is also more shine than I expect from a matte finish. I wish it worked for me, but it’s been disappointing.

I did not like this product at all. It took me a while to write this review because I've been trying it with different hair styles and hair lengths. For me, it does not seem to give me the hold or volume I want. Smells great and does provide a matte finish though.

Really like the hold and the matte look it provides...a little bit goes a long way. also it does not make my hair greasy if i reapply and reshape later in the day.

I’ve been using this product for years. I have thick hair and this allows me to style it for the day, run my hands through it most of the day and it still hold without looking greasy like some heavy pomades.
great product, have tried many "clean" products and they just do not hold great or hair gets frizzy. I bought a few of JH products and have been very happy with all of them.

I've been using By Vilain Dynamite Clay for years and really liked their product, but I wanted something with cleaner ingredients. I decided to give your product a try and love it! It might not have quite as strong as a hold as the dynamite clay, but I love the cleaner ingredients and it smells really good. I'll be sticking with this hair clay going forward!

For natural product with all cleaning ingredients, this is the best hair clay I’ve ever used. I will not need to change to use anything else.
I have short chin length hair. So I use hair paste/cream every day. Nothing seems to hold all day or work. have used everything you can think of including Olaplex no 6. This stuff is amazing. I don’t know how I lived without it. Smells great. Actually makes your hair healthier. So glad I found it!!

I was hesitant to buy another hair clay because I usually dislike most of them. However, I was pleasantly surprised — the all-day hold is excellent, and the workability is great!
Finally, I found a hair clay/wax product that doesn't contain acrylates, which I am allergic to. It works quite well and holds my short spikey hair style too.
