What is Jack Henry?

Jack Henry is a brand focused on creating the best all-natural grooming products. We aren't into the nasty chemicals or unneeded fillers. We're all about organic ingredients that will leave you feeling confident and natural. 

What ingredients do you use?

We only use the finest stuff. All natural and always organic if possible. Beeswax, coconut oil, lavender essential oil. Our other ingredients are globally sourced from small family farms. We take pride in our quality ingredients and minimal waste throughout the entire process.

How much is shipping?

Within the US, orders over $50 ship free. For the rest of the world, shipping is a $20 flat rate.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, of course. If you aren't fully satisfied you can return your unused portion within 14 days for a full refund.

My pomade is too hard to scoop?

If your product is hard to scoop out of the jar. Since we don’t use any synthetics or softeners it can be temperature sensitive, especially in the winter. A simple fix is pop it in the microwave with the cap off for 20-25 seconds. This will soften and allow the ingredients to thaw and settle back to normal (you may want to stir it in the jar to mix it all up). Ideal storage is between 70° - 76°. If you don’t want to do that, you can also use the back of your thumbnail to scoop it. 

If the product is too soft or mushy when you receive it, simply store at room temperature for a day or so and everything will settle back out to normal. This doesn’t happen often, only if your package is sitting out in the sun for a few hours.

Why did you develop a hair pomade?

After testing and trying to find the right product for ourselves for over 10 years we decided it was to create a formula that didn't exist. It had to have two things - no artificial chemicals and it had to look natural. We created a formula right in our home that we tested for more than six months. It's all-natural, organic, safe, and best of all it's actually healthy for your hair.

Why types of hair will your pomade work with?

Jack Henry Pomade is great for all hair types and will leave your hair feeling full, soft, healthier and styled the way you want it. Thick, curly, thin, short, long - we got you. We've had customers tell us that our pomade is the only thing that's ever been able to tame their hair.

ORDERS & RETURNS

We aim to ship all orders within24–48 hoursof being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines may vary during peak periods or promotions.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

If you need to make changes to your order, please email hello@jackhenry.co as soon as possible. Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, and while we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests prior to shipment.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $60(before taxes and discounts). For orders under $60, we offer a flat rate of $5.95.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

International shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout and vary by destination.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, please email hello@jackhenry.co. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly through jackhenry.co. Products purchased through Jack Henry Studios or third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@jackhenry.co within2 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

At this time, online purchases cannot be returned at Jack Henry Studios locations.

PRODUCT

No. Jack Henry products or raw ingredients are never tested on animals and are cruelty-free certified through the Leaping Bunny Program.

Yes. All products have an expected shelf life of 12–24 months when stored properly. Shelf showing is indicated by the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the back of each product.

Our products are formulated to be used by everyone, including individuals with sensitive skin. We prioritize high-quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary harsh additives whenever possible.

However, individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application and reviewing ingredient lists carefully—especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies, including to essential oils. Jack Henry is not responsible for individual reactions to product ingredients.

We recommend storing all Jack Henry products at room temperature, generally between 60–80°F, and away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribe & Save offers 15% off each recurring order with automatic deliveries on your selected schedule. Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two full order cycles. This ensures the program remains fair and sustainable for all customers.

After the second delivery, you may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Subscription discounts are not retroactive or transferable.

To manage an active subscription, log into your account by clicking the human-shaped icon in the top right corner of our website. From there, you can adjust delivery frequency, products, and account details.

Subscriptions may be canceled after the two-order minimum commitment has been fulfilled. Cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for an upcoming order.
