I've been using a combination of the Super Face Cleanser and Cleanse+ for a while now to great effect. Upon receiving my latest order, I was extremely disappointed to discover that Super Face Cleanser now not only comes in a flimsier, plastic container (instead of glass), but is also paired with a cheaper, run-of-the-mill push nozzle (versus the matte black, twist-to-lock nozzle). I try to remove as much plastic from my environment as possible, so I view this as a major downgrade. In addition, it makes the product feel and look cheaper; takes away the luxury skin care feel.

What's even more puzzling is that my new container of Cleanse+ still has the glass container; why the difference now? And while this container kept the twist-lock style nozzle, it appears to be made of cheaper gloss black plastic.

Receiving the new products in this state raises questions about whether Jack Henry is downgrading materials across the board (including the formulas), which is typically not a good sign of the direction of a product line & company at-large - indicates the mindset of keeping customers and quality first is starting to inch its way out of focus in favor of the bottom line. All that to say, my eyes might wander to other alternatives that aren't making similar strategy changes.

Been using for quite some time and it's the best I've used. Does a great job and a bottle goes a long way.

I received my new bottle of face cleanser and notice it said the size was the same but it was significantly shorter but still same size in width. Seems weird that it’s a lot smaller but claims to be the same size along with the price staying the same. Also I’ve bought this product many times and now this bottle went from glass to plastic. I really love the products and didn’t mind paying more for good product in a glass container. Now it’s the same product but smaller, cheaper packaging, and the price is still up there.

A little pricey for me but I won't use anything else. Love this stuff.

This face cream seems high quality and really exfoliates and drives in the vitamins and such. However, if you have very sensitive skin (as i do), it may be too much for every day use. I'm trying every other day right now.
